Refund & Exchange Policy – Meacollection.pk

At Meacollection.pk, we aim to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund according to the policy below.


Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order if:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was delivered

Note:
Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution.


Exchange Conditions

To qualify for exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging

  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.


Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our team will provide the return address.

  3. The customer must send the parcel back to our address via courier service.

  4. Once the parcel is received, our team will inspect the product condition.

  5. After approval, the customer can select another product for exchange.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock for exchange

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered and replacement is not available


Refund Process

  1. Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team.

  2. If the product meets our policy conditions, the refund will be approved.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.


Refund Amount

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.

  • Delivery / courier charges are non-refundable.


Courier Charges

  • Customers will bear all courier charges for returning the product and for the delivery of the exchanged item.

  • If the issue occurs due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), Meacollection.pk will cover the courier charges.


Important Notes

  • Exchange or refund requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
